This is a large workout room that we installed a suspended ceiling and fluorescent trouffer light fixtures to finish it off. The homeowner's intentions are to give the walls a fresh coat of paint shortly after the ceiling is finished.

If you look on the left side near the ceiling you'll see a cable TV pig-tail that we added so the homeowner can suspend a flat screen TV and watch cable while they work out. The ceiling turned out very nice.
